Skeeter Too

Unknown to 1999

Skeeter Too of East Hartford CT. quietly passed on to Rainbow Bridge on 8-12-99 at the East Hartford Animal Clinic. He succumbed to the effects of multiple organ failures. He went with his Daddy holding him and telling him he loved him and they would meet again at Rainbow Bridge.

Skeeter was a very special kitty. His exact age was not known but was believed to be at least 12 years old. When he came to live with Carrie and Mike, he was in very poor health. He was almost totally blind and had very little hearing ability. Given his physical limitations, the little man was an absolute love. He never once hissed and would purr as soon as you picked him up to hold him. He navigated so very well with the limited sight he had. He was an inspiration to all that knew him with the way he dealt with physical adversity.

Skeeter now waits at Rainbow Bridge for his Mommy and Daddy and his six brothers and sisters. They are Deci Dylan, Sasha Isabella, Cameron Clyde, Amanda Annabel, Sir Nigel of Snarkey and Murphy Melrose.

There will be no formal service for Skeeter. The family asks that you remember him in your own way. Donations may be made to an animal protective society of your choice.
